Like all real estate agents, Jaime is grossly overpaid. However, it wasn't detrimental to have her involved in the transaction. We were forced to take a buyers agent as the seller's agent insisted (they work for the same company). Jaime was patient, kind, knowledgeable, supportive and actually helped us get off the ground post-transaction slightly better than we would have without her. Worth $5K? No way! But that's the lucky racket that real estate agents are in. . . Jaime is as good as it gets all considering the fees we're subjected to as real estate investors.
