Jaime, worked with us for what seemed to be over a year! We kept looking weekend after weekend and she still stayed with us. She also knows so much about the area, as it is very different form other parts of SoCal. She helped us figure out utilities and the extra fire insurance that we needed and made it was less scary than is could be. Jaime knew everything and did everything needed to sell my mountain home. Thanksgiving is just past and the holidays are beginning. At this time I am so very thankful for Jaime Brandon of Top Producers Realty in Running Springs, Ca. I had ignored the pandemic’s weekly calls about “you need to sell your house”. But something in May suggested that given many factors in my life, this was the time to investigate and consider selling. I talked with Jaime, she gave me an informed evaluation and appraisal of the market, my cabin’s place within it, and factors for me to consider. Jaime jumped into the job of prepping our cabin for showings. We had left a lot of miscellaneous furniture and bedding and tools for the new owner to possibly use and jaime had it all sorted out and most of it donated. she had the cabin totally cleaned and even had an area in the living room tiled in preparation for a fireplace. She had the yard prepped for fire dept inspection too. definitely a job above and beyond expectations
