We knew we wanted an open floor plan but that was hard to find in our budget. But Jaeme didn’t rush us, she made sure we found the perfect home!!!

Jaeme has a wealth of market experience and it showed in the number of days we worked together. Tremendous amount of communication before, during and after the entire process. We would use Jaeme again in a heartbeat and highly recommend for anyone who wants the most out of their agent. Went above and beyond what was asked of her. She was well prepared and organized each day we spent with her. Took on much of the burden that comes in the buying house process.

Jaeme was able to grab the specifics of what I was looking for and quickly provide houses for me to look at and consider that hit all my needs. Her patience and responsiveness in a short timeline made touring and understanding purchase process surprisingly stress free. As well as flexibility in scheduling. She was also able to provide range of referrals from Lenders, Contractors and more. Which helped a ton. I count myself lucky I was able to have Jaeme as my Realtor and can't recommend enough.

As first time homebuyers, we felt like we were dipping into the Grand Canyon of new words, terms and negotiations. Jaeme held our hand with constant communication and answered all of our questions. Negotiations were difficult as we walked away from the seller. Jaeme was able to work her magic behind the scenes to get what was best for our family. In the end…..we got a new roof and other valuable concessions. I truly feel that Jaeme put our needs before anything else. We came to her April 16th prequalified and received the keys to our new home May 14th. I don’t know if thats a speedy closing or standard but it felt lightning quick. The story ends with my children having their “ribbon cutting ceremony” near the front door last night. We are thankful.

Jaeme not only helped us in the purchase of our new home, but did an outstanding job selling our other home for us She made it a smooth transition, covering all the legal steps promptly and professionally.
