Ours was not an easy or simple property to sell. Wasn’t market-ready until October due to delays in getting new septic installed, and Jacqui had to deal with a slew of sellers (heirs). This was our family homestead. She wowed with the visual presentation (photos/video) for the MLS listing. And then with her background and knowledge was able to pivot competently, navigating twists and turns (the unexpected) with aplomb. Always a calm, can-do approach.
