Jacqui helped the reviewer sell this property

Organized, professional, and great communicator

We are so glad we worked with Jacqui. Several of our friends had worked with her, and she lived up to their recommendation. She has an immense wealth of experience and knows how to get the job done. She is excellent in all aspects we were looking for in our realtor: deep knowledge of our market, good communication, highly responsive, very detail-oriented, and able to call on a wide network of service people in the area. She gave us a highly detailed market analysis on day one to help us decide the listing price, which helped us understand her overall approach. From there, she helped us time the market and plan our preparations step-by-step. When we started getting visits, she was very quick with back-and-forth to give us feedback from other realtors and to help us hash out a contract when the offer came in. At every step of the process, she did a great job of giving us her expert advice while still letting us have the final say on important decisions like pricing and how to handle offers. We especially appreciated that her advice was always backed up with well-reasoned explanations and data.
