Excellent communication and easily approachable

Jacques was fantastic through the entire process of looking for houses and buying our home. His response time is unbeatable, and we were able to tour the two homes we looked at very quickly after reaching out to Jacques and requesting a tour. His knowledge of the market and area where we were looking to purchase a house was valuable and he was able to provide feedback on the different communities around us. He helped us immensely throughout the entire buying process, and made our jobs easier when we had to place counter offers. He walked us through the process and educated us on which options would be the best for our specific home. He answered any questions we presented to him and he is very knowledgeable about all things real estate. I will choose to work with Jacques again when it is time to buy our next home because he made the process quite easy. He is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
