I recently worked with both Jen and Sara from this office when buying a house. Their communication is excellent! They know their stuff and they have a team of experts and tradespeople waiting in the wings for any issues, repairs, or questions you may have along the way. As a first time home buyer I was clueless about the process and I knew the market would be tough. Jen provided any guidance needed along the way, especially when working to putting in an offer that has the best chance of getting accepted. I was never taken by surprise (which is a good thing when you're spending this much money). Definitely recommend using Jacqueline Day & Partners when buying or selling a home!
