We have so many choices when choosing an agent so having chose Kim Crow in the past, there wasn’t a doubt in our mind that we would use her this time. Our first experience using Kim was selling a house in 2017. She gave us the best advice in how to stage. She went through the most important things to do considering the amount of time and finances. Kim explained everything to us as we decided on an asking price that would make the best profit while enabling us to make sure our house was purchased. We had one open house and a line of cars down the street. We had many people that overbid our asking price. I give all of the credit to Kim‘s expertise. The best thing is that she gives you all the information you need to make the best choice but ultimately she knows that the choice was ours. Most recently (2022) we were buying in an impossible market with a VA loan. She was so amazing in negotiating what sellers were looking for without us compromising or getting into a situation we would be sorry for. Again ultimately the decision was ours and she let us know that over and over. She is a lovely woman who cares about what she does. She cares about the buyer or seller that she is working with. She is professional and uses an amazing photographer. She is an agent and woman with integrity. Thank you again J Kim Crow!
