I couldn't be happier with Jacqueline and the service she provided me. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and her experience in the industry really showed.I had attempted to sell my investment property "for sale by owner" and quickly found out I had priced it too high and that any offers I had received came through other realtors representing buyers and these offers were low and took in consideration that I was not paying the other half of the realtors commission, so in the end, if I had taken any of these offers I was not benefiting or saving any money anyway, and the paperwork and potential pitfalls of selling it myself was not worth it. Jacqueline contacted me and we met and the rest is history. Her insight, intuition and market awareness plus her drive to get me the most she could for my property ended up getting me much more in the end than I could have received on my own and I will forever continue to use her as my realtor in the future. I might add that during the process of selling my property, she found another property for me to buy and I bought it that day and am very happy with that process as well!
