Jacqueline is an excellent realtor. I am from out of town so Jacqueline helped me coordinate all the work that was necessary to get the condo ready for sale. She supervised all the workers, made decision on paint colors and any other changes necessary, . She was on the ball with answers and solutions whenever there was a question or problem. She went over and above her responsibilities in meeting with workmen necessary to get the condo ready for sale. She kept me informed as to what was going on. She had the condo under contract in a week after it was listed. I’m very appreciative of all her work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

There is not a harder working agent in the Greater Phoenix area than Jacqueline Black-Hogue. Too many agents sign up commissions and then don't do the work. Friends have listed houses with agents who then did nothing, not a single open house. Not so with Jackie. First she staged the house to make it look great, then she held many open houses to show the property. Her warn and outgoing personality made buyers feel welcome at the house. She worked tirelessly.
