Working with Jackie was easy, she explained the process well, patient while we looked at many houses and ultimately she went out of her way to make sure our move in was smooth and stress free. We would use her again no questions about it.

We had a lot of issues with this property. Several things that showed up on the inspection that had to be addressed. There were tenants involved that needed to be relocated. She did a great job working thru the sellers agent to make sure all of the repairs were done, and the tenants got moved out. Because of this the closing had to be moved out several weeks. She was really good working with us on all of this as we live in Phoenix so she had to be our eyes and ears on things. She also help us get rid of some appliances and hook us up with some contractors to have some painting done. We would defiantly recommend her as an agent.

Jacquie was fantastic. The market was a bit slow but I needed to sell fast. I had done my own market research before but Jacquie managed my expectations given my desire to sell quick. When offers didn't flow, she advertised well and really put out effort to get eyeballs on the place. I started getting frustrated and was thinking about improvements I could make to the property but Jacquie helped keep me in line and stopped me from putting in money I wouldn't get back. Instead of spending money on what I thought would help it sell, she suggested offering the same money as a concession so a buyer could do what THEY wanted. Overall, when it came to selling the place, I knew what I wanted and she knew how to get it. I am prone to taking the reins but putting my trust in her to listen to me and put my ideas into practical action got my place sold at what I was expecting it to sell at. I will reach out next time I am in the market.
