She did a great job looking for houses that met our requirements and setting up several to look at while we were in town, some at the spur of the moment. Negotiations via phone and email went smoothly, as did the whole purchasing and closing process.

My wife and I live in the Washington DC area. We are both real estate agents having been in the business more than 30 years. We were looking to purchase investment property in Boise.
