A native of Lottsburg, Virginia, Jacob Trice brings deep Northern Neck roots and a strong sense of service and entrepreneurship to IsaBell K. Horsley Real Estate. He is proud to represent the fourth generation of his family involved with Olverson's Lodge Creek Marina, a beloved local business founded by his great-grandfather and grandfather, Frederick “Freddy Bear” Olverson. Growing up around the marina fostered his love of the water and his commitment to continuing a family legacy built on hard work and community connection.
Jacob carried that spirit of service into the United States Navy, where he served as a Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Petty Officer aboard the USS Harry S. Truman in Norfolk, Virginia. He later trained new sailors in seamanship on the USS George Washington, further strengthening his leadership abilities and dedication to teamwork.
He also studied Marine Mechanics through a two-year program at the Northern Neck Technical Center, competing in skills competitions before continuing his training at the Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando, Florida. Over the years, Jacob has pursued a variety of business ventures, reflecting an entrepreneurial drive that runs throughout his family.
With lifelong ties to the Northern Neck and a career shaped by service, hands-on expertise, and deep community roots, Jacob is proud to help clients find their place in the region he has always called home. He serves buyers and sellers through our White Stone, VA office.
