From start to finish, Jacob was professional and knowledgeable with each interaction. Likewise, his team was professional and helpful. We would call him first if we ever needed to buy or sell again.
I worked with both Jacob Olson and Brittany Grundy while looking for homes and eventually buying one in September 2018. Brittany was very responsive and worked around my schedule to book home showings and meetings. She knew a lot about the areas in the Twin Cities that I was looking for a home in. Brittany answered my questions very quickly and if she didn't know the answer she would ask Jacob or another team member. I learned a great deal about the home buying process from them before I even started looking which took a lot of the stress away. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. The quarterly buyer/seller appreciation events are a huge plus too!
Jacob has 11 properties for sale and sold 16 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
