We originally met with Jacob to discuss purchasing our first home as he had previously helped a friend purchase a Duplex and came highly recommended. Jacob was very informative and helpful walking us through the entire process, and he had a plethora of resources and tools at his disposal to help us find homes before they appear on sites like Zillow and Realtor. As well as regular emails breaking down the current market in our area with a lot of technical analysis. Which I highly appreciated. We can't recommend Jacob enough. The communication and process were top of the line and everything went extremely smooth for our first home purchase.
