If you’re looking for a realtor, Jacob is your guy. I closed on my first home in Nov. 2021. Purchasing the home happened during a very tumultuous time in my life. My mom had surgery and I had to care for her during the recovery period, I was working a full time job and I was in my last year of graduate school. I explained what I was dealing with and Jacob did all of the heavy lifting. I didn’t have a lot of time and energy to give to buying a house, and Jacob made everything, so easy for me. He supported me throughout the process and only contacted me to share needed info and sign paperwork. I appreciated that approach because it was clear that he understood what I needed and responded accordingly. Because I had such a positive experience the first time around, I contacted him again when I saw another house I wanted. Buying a home when you already own and intend to keep the one you live in, is more complex. Jacob wasn’t nervous at all - he handled this process with ease. He’s an amazing negotiator and he will not give up on getting you as his client what you want and need. He also asked things of the seller things that I never even considered to ask. There’s so much work he handled behind the scenes before I knew and had time to panic because he’s THAT good at his job. I closed on my second home in December 2023 and it would have been impossible without Jacob on my side. There’s a million realtors you could chose, but they pale in comparison to Jacob Milton.
