After that interaction, we reached back out and asked if he'd be our Realtor and help us find a second home. We shared with Jake our "must haves" and "wants". We knew we were in a HIGHLY COMPETATIVE market, of which Jake educated us on what we'd have to do, when, and how. As we looked are properties that popped up, Jake learned more and more of what we truly wanted. It got to the point where we'd call him about a property that just hit the market(through the search tool he provided), and he'd be able to tell us exactly why we personally would or wouldn't be interested.
