There are not enough positive words/phrases in the universe to describe how wonderful it was working with Jacob when we decided to take the big leap and sell our house! We had NO idea what the house was worth, how much time it would take to sell, where to start etc. Do NOT be fooled by Jacob's youthful good looks! He knows what he is doing! He methodically walked us through the entire process, but in small enough segments that we never felt overwhelmed. He would make sure we understood what we were to do and what he would do. We could call or text him whenever we needed anything, and he would respond back quickly. Bottom line, we sold our house for way more than what we thought it was worth and closed within hours of getting the keys to our new house. We learned about Jake from a family friend. Having owned three homes in the past, we had mainly ideas of what we didn’t want, rather than what we wanted. Jake brought us to several of their model homes in the area, and at the second viewing angels sang. We found our perfect last home.
