I’m officially a first-time homeowner thanks to the help of Mr. Jake Fortner! After touring around to several different spots we finally found a place that really just felt like home. The process was smooth and quite delightful. Looking for a new home can be a grueling task filled with stress and misfortune but I fortunately dodged all of those mishaps because of Jake’s help and expertise. He’s a good man with a good heart and he genuinely wants to help his clients. I’ll recommend Jake to anyone I know!
