Best home sale I have been a part of

After buying and selling multiple homes, this was the smoothest one ever! House was appropriately priced, responsiveness always prompt & courteous. Was able to provide multiple reasonable offers. Went above and beyond to answer my questions. Closed early without an issue. Absolutely would use him again and would recommend him to everyone.

Satisfied with service!

I’m officially a first-time homeowner thanks to the help of Mr. Jake Fortner! After touring around to several different spots we finally found a place that really just felt like home. The process was smooth and quite delightful. Looking for a new home can be a grueling task filled with stress and misfortune but I fortunately dodged all of those mishaps because of Jake’s help and expertise.
