I was in a bind with time cleaning out my dad’s house to sell, they both showed up and physically helped me with clearing the house, holding an estate sale, and getting contractors in for upgrades. They turned a project I thought was going to take me 2 months into 3 weeks. They also won a bid for us on some land that we probably wouldn’t have gotten without the effort of Jacob following up with the other realtor time and time again convincing them we were the offer to take.
