Jacob did an excellent job representing us and marketing our home, even while winter was still raging in Vermont. He was able to attract the right buyer. We admired his positive, but truthful marketing and steady communication. He offered sound advise when it came to negotiating and we felt like he was on top of offers, communications, and the property's exposure. We are grateful for his care and expertise in handling something so important to us.
