When we started our Vermont house search in May, we were still living in Indiana. Jacob was more than willing to drive just about anywhere in the state we needed him to go in order to do virtual showings. He was also very accommodating with the tight schedule we had for doing in-person showings, and was always quick to respond to our calls, texts, and emails. We were looking for a home to retire to in Vermont. We were doing it blind...my husband hadn't been in Vermont since the 80's, and I'd never visited even once. Our realtor in Wisconsin found and interviewed Jacob for us before referring us to him for his help. We were fortunate to find a home very quickly, but the circumstances were rough because one of our four legged family members was very ill during the initial virtual walkthrough. Jacob was nothing but patient, compassionate and flexible. He was incredibly organized, ultra-responsive, and very well versed in real estate transactions. I've worked on and off in the industry for 30 years, and I've rarely been as impressed with a realtor as I was with Jacob. I especially loved that he preferred contact via text and email. As working IT professionals, my husband and I spend our days on conference calls, and it was just SO much easier to reply to texts and email than to deal with incessant phone calls. We've purchased and sold several homes over the years and I think I can speak for both my husband and I...Jacob is a keeper!

Definitely one of my best experiences with a Realtor. We moved to Vermont and wanted to start looking for houses on short notice on a weekend as we knew the market has been very hot, called a couple of recommended realtors from acquaintances and they were not able to accommodate us on weekends. Luckily, I found Jacob on Google, he was able and ready to help us out on our schedule despite the short notice and being a weekend and he was awesome from the beginning until the end. Always available to us, with a great attitude and despite a couple of failed offers, he never lost that positive attitude and smile on his face. It is really tough and discouraging at times trying to buy a house on a sellers market like the one Vermont is having now, but having the right realtor makes all the difference in the world and Jacob's experience, attitude, energy, thoroughness and contacts make it an enjoyable time despite the inherent difficulties. So do yourself a favor and consider him so you experience this great feeling after finally finding the right home for your family.
