We were looking for a home to retire to in Vermont. We were doing it blind...my husband hadn't been in Vermont since the 80's, and I'd never visited even once. Our realtor in Wisconsin found and interviewed Jacob for us before referring us to him for his help. We were fortunate to find a home very quickly, but the circumstances were rough because one of our four legged family members was very ill during the initial virtual walkthrough. I've worked on and off in the industry for 30 years, and I've rarely been as impressed with a realtor as I was with Jacob. I especially loved that he preferred contact via text and email.
