Jacob is top of the heap let me tell you. As a first-time homebuyer it was a little intimidating to work through the process of making an offer. But Jacob came through and even stood his ground on my behalf to ensure that my offer was the one that was accepted! I know that I wouldn't be in my dream home if it wasn't for him. On top of being so professional and kind, he updated me via email and text almost daily and even thought of my dog when it came to closing day! He got me a lovely bottle of red and my dog an awesome toy that he already loves. Thoughtful, kind, hard-working...what more could you ask for!

Jacob exceeded my expectations when I was in the market to lease. He understood what I wanted and was very knowledgeable of the areas I was looking to lease. When we met to walk through a few options, he took the time to show me around the area and provided me updates on how the area is growing. Jacob was also highly responsive with any concerns/questions I had with the lease agreement and took the initiative to negotiate any requirements that weren’t best for me. I was completely satisfied with my experience and truly believe I would not have found or gotten my new place without Jacob!
