We have listed two unique rural properties with Jaclyn. Both were used commercially by us. One sold for residential purposes within 4 months. I was so impressed with the speed of my house selling! Jaclyn Williams knew my market so well which I honestly was surprised at since it was not in her local county! Her ability to provide a photographer to showcase my house was excellent. My house listed at 10:00 and had two showings within about 3 hours of listing. The house closed within the month. There were no questions she left unanswered and I felt she had our best interest at all times working with Buyer. Folks, it just doesn't get much better than that. I have already recommended her to anyone I know that needs a realtor and will use her again should I ever need to sell again.
