Jackie is the perfect real estate agent to help you buy or sell your home in Western North Carolina. She is professional, has great communication skills, caring, and loves what she does. She coordinated all the “extras” that go along with buying a home! Inspection, repairs, attorney, . . . She was such a reassuring presence during the buying of my home. Let’s face it, buying and selling a home is stressful! It is not something the average person does often, so it is so important to have a real estate agent, like Jackie Tatleman, that knows her job. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

Jackie is a very experienced professional with many years in the black mountain and surrounding area real estate market. She coached us through the preparation of our house before listing it on the market. We were extremely happy with her collaboration and the resulting sale of the house. Jackie Tatelman is SO AMAZING! I have worked with multiple realtors through the years and she, by far, is the best! She is prompt with communication, extremely knowledgable, a great listener of our needs, motivated, down-to-earth, helpful, responsible, honest, pays attention to detail, understands the market, thorough, tenacious and really importantly for me, is a truly kind, like-minded human being. We were coming in from out of town to look at properties and only had literally one morning and she came immediately to meet us and stayed with us all day. She even went to several houses and looked around and took videos and pictures for us. She just went above and beyond! Jackie Tatelman was perfect for us on all levels. We live on the left coast, and needed an agent who was was willing to be our eyes and ears, and help manage a myriad of issues getting the house prepped for sale. We had to paint the entire inside of the house, spruce up the decks and yard, power wash the exterior, among others. She made suggestions on replacing an appliance and a couple fans, and assisted getting quality affordable vendors. She recommended a staging service that made the house shine. Her listings were top notch, with 3D video tours and great pictures to show highlights. We could not have asked for more. When Covid cut down on showings, she was creative with the listings to keep the inquiries coming. In the beginning we opted to "push the market" on price; when we decided to drop the price, she set a great target amenable to us, and got the job done.
