Jackie is an excellent realtor, and I am so grateful for her help and support with the sale of a condo. Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge and experience, but she was also easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and gave us so much helpful advice and support. I met Jackie about seven years ago when we first moved to the Charlotte area. She helped my husband and I purchase our home. I found her to be knowledgeable about the areas where we searched for homes and she helped us clarify our needs. Jackie has strong negotiation skills and is a great advocate. We found her to be honest and straightforward. When it was time to sell our home there was no doubt about who we would use as our agent. Jackie helped us to prep our home for the market and guided us as to the best time to sell. She was able to price the home correctly so that we received the most amount of money within the first week of being on the market. I would recommend Jackie to anyone thinking of buying or selling in her areas of expertise. I always felt like she had our best interests at heart. Aside from everything else she is personable and very easy to work with.

My wife and I have worked with Jackie on two separate occasions now. She helped us buy our new home in the summer of 2025 and also helped us sell our rental property in the winter of 2025. Jackie was so quick to help us get our rental on the market and sold in record time! From the time we reached out, to the time we were under contract was less than 2 weeks! Jackie recognized our urgency to sell our home and she made it happen!

My words are are insufficient to describe Jackie. Not only does she work hard. She knows the market trendas and uses that knowledge to craft a plan to sell a house. She is encouraging, makes the in and outs of selling understandable. If 10 is the very best, Jackie is a 20.

Jackie has been professional and helpful throughout the selling experience. She is not afraid to set realistic expectations and has been extremely helpful in navigating through this interesting market. She's not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get the work done instead of some of the passive agents that expect everything to sell themselves. Even help me figured out that I've been overpaying taxes.. that was rough conversation because of my mistakes. Could not recommend enough and would use again. She was a pleasure to work with personally and professionally.
