Set up took pictures and list house for sale. Manage empty house while on sale. Check on house weekly. First buyer back out and Jackie was able to reach out to the other buyer’s without putting the house back on the market and sold it to the second buyer. Basement flooded due to over worked sub pump. Jackie was very efficient at getting it cleaned up in days before closing. Was very good negotiating with a difficult spouse on selling our house while we get divorce. We used Jackie Roe to sell our home. The home she sold for us, is also the same home she helped us buy within the last two years.
