Jackie is THE reason we got the condo we recently closed on! She is an incredible realtor and is on her A game!! She knew we were looking in the area and kept us informed about listings coming to the market, which allowed us to be ready when the right one came along. Jackie is friendly, professional, timely and her communication skills are incredible. Jackie is a resident in the neighborhood we bought our condo in and her experience as a resident there is INVALUABLE! We are so happy we found the perfect vacation condo and that we had Jackie as our realtor. I would not hesitate to suggest her to anyone that is buying or selling and in need of an agent. We cant thank her enough for making it all work out for us!

The moment we met Jackie I knew we would be using her to purchase our home! She is one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She had so much knowledge of the town of Northeast, the town we were looking to move to, that it made our decision so much easier. She made us fall in the with the town just as she had. She was very responsive, always immediately answering any questions, very personable, not pushy, very patient. During the process she even texted us to let of know of happenings in the town. I would 1,000% recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home!!!

She was there for us every step of the way! We lived out of state when we contacted Jackie to sell our home and at times we needed to sign and review paperwork remotely and she made that easy for us. We didn't have to travel or go out of our way. Even when things seemed difficult due to the type of ownership which was a partnership, Jackie handled it professionally and swiftly so the closing date for the buyer stayed on track without any delays. At times not all owners were on the same page and Jackie had to mediate. Jackie sold our house in one day. When we were signing the contract to hire her to sell our house, she was very thorough and she was available thru the entire process in person, by phone, email and texts. There were many little things that Jackie did to make the process easier. She went above and beyond my expectations to help us complete the sale. Jackie did a great job selling our condo in North East Isles.. She was always timely with emails, texts and getting out in front of all the necessary scheduling. The fact that she lives in our neighborhood was extremely helpful and a huge bonus for us when something in the house needed to be done and we weren't there. She always made sure our house was taken care of before and after showings, turned water and AC on and off when necessary and gave us feedback on every showing. And for out of state owners, she was especially helpful in navigating the non-resident sales tax paperwork which was monumental! With her help, we were able to save money at settlement because she made the paperwork collection seamless and filed way before the deadline!
