I first contacted Jackie 2 years ago. We shook hands that she would be my realtor when I was ready to move from Chicago. I knew Jackie from our neighborhood dog walks. Last December, she sent out cards to the neighborhood saying she was a realtor, if buying or selling a home was on their wish list. Stuck the card away since the thought hadn’t entered my mind. Two months later I knew I needed to sell my home and go back home to Indiana and family as I began my 80th year. Called Jackie, and the fun began. She is amazing, great advise, onsite help when needed. She handled the sale wonderfully, and I was back home again in Indiana by the end of April. My move could have happened sooner, but I had to wait until my kids could come and help me move. Jackie arranged the closing delay with the new buyers, without a hitch.

It didn't take Jackie long to figure out exactly what my husband and I were looking for, even as we were trying to figure it out ourselves. She promptly returned telephone calls, was patient, and made herself available as she knew we were in Florida for a short period of time. Through her expertise we ended up with our dream home.
