Southwest Florida has been my home for over 30 years and I love everything about this area…the
diversity of both people and land, the vast array of activities, the ease of travel to everything that Florida
has to offer and the wonderful people who, like me, call SW Florida home.
Prior to beginning my real estate career, I spent over 20 years in customer services positions with
several large companies. My years of customer service experience had helped me greatly in establishing
and building my real estate business. I am committed to determining customer needs and desires,
whether buying or selling and to working diligently to provide the best resolution to those needs and
desires.
While I am very experienced in the SW Florida resale market and in working with both buyers and sellers
on undeveloped land purchases, my real love is new construction. I am both honored and excited
assisting buyers in the process of a new construction purchase.
My commitment to all of my customers is to be accessible and informative throughout their process, to
negotiate the best situation possible for buyers or sellers and to take as much of the worry and stress
out of the process as possible. My desire is to see the smile on my customers faces after a transaction is
completed and to know that we have achieved their goals.
