Knowledgeable, Responsive and Flexible

We enjoyed working with Jack. He pretty quickly got what we were looking for - even though that evolved over our search. We were not on a limited time window, so we were pretty picky. We visited many, many properties. Jack dealt well with that. Also, we lived a good two hours from the area where we were looking. That severely limited our availability for open houses and showings. In the crazy, rushed environment where homes would be listed one day, have an open house the next, and take bids on the next, Jack responded well to our last minute contacts and limited availability. When he couldn't meet us personally, he had flexible ways of accommodating us. After we finally found the property we wanted, Jack provided great guidance through the bid and negotiation process. He also helped us with all of the various arrangements one needs to make after a deal is reached.
