We enjoyed working with Jack. He pretty quickly got what we were looking for - even though that evolved over our search. We were not on a limited time window, so we were pretty picky. We visited many, many properties. Jack dealt well with that. Also, we lived a good two hours from the area where we were looking. That severely limited our availability for open houses and showings. In the crazy, rushed environment where homes would be listed one day, have an open house the next, and take bids on the next, Jack responded well to our last minute contacts and limited availability. When he couldn't meet us personally, he had flexible ways of accommodating us. After we finally found the property we wanted, Jack provided great guidance through the bid and negotiation process. He also helped us with all of the various arrangements one needs to make after a deal is reached.

Jack knew what I wanted, advocated for me even when I didn’t advocate for myself, and made sure all problems that came up (which, if you’ve ever bought a home you know problems are bound to come up no matter what) were resolved. He has local knowledge of areas and excellent recommendations for contractors, repair people, restaurants by your new home, and anyone else you’d need for your home sale or anything after you move in. I tend to be a bit of a push over when it comes to negotiating so it was great to have Jack on my side. But I have to say my favorite thing about working with Jack was his ability to be up front and honest. It’s something not many people do in this industry and it made this process 10x less stressful.
