When confronted with an issue, he recommends good solutions and believe it or not, it worked! Our initial sales contract fell apart on the "12th hour" on account of the other party. Jack was so positive that he got us a 2nd contract within a few days. And this contract CLOSED very quickly! This was not an easy task as he was representing us on a 4-unit owner occupied property. As we were out of town on vacation during the last week of the actual closing, Jack will represent and stay in touch with you during this period. All of the final documents were signed electronically on the CELL phone. It was so easy with Jack always staying in touch and indicating what documents needed signatures.
