I was impressed from the beginning meeting Jack face to face, always felt he was available to answer a question, blown away with the photography work he commissioned to advertise my condo, and impressed with an electrical contractor he sent to help with a few minor repairs. After my mom passed away, the family needed to sell her house. We don’t live in NV so I had to search for a realtor on line. After doing some research, I contacted Jack Cote due to his good rating/reviews. He responded immediately. Jack took care of everything, from having the house professionally cleaned, setting us up with a title company and ensuring the sell of the house could be taken care of without any family member needing to travel back to NV. He even paid out of his pocket for some of the expenses related to the house. From our first contact to the closing of the house, it only took 2 1/2 months, and we got a great price for the house.
