As someone who always reads the reviews and does a ton of research before buying something or hiring someone, I honestly would give Jack 50 stars if I could. We needed someone extremely experienced and familiar with Reno since our purchase was made from the Bay Area, CA. As others have said, Jack is incredibly responsive by email and text. He is the calm and steady voice in what could be a roller coaster experience. Jack knew when to tell us to wait or pass on a home because it didn't have all the factors we wanted, like an in law suite. He listens, guides & is honest - such rare qualities to find in someone an invaluable when dealing with such a huge & complex transaction. Jack was knowledgable about practical details, like getting a home with backyard shade for hot summer afternoons. He has a ready list of professionals in the area that he knows and trusts so we just felt very taken care of, from home inspector, insurance agent, lender to title. He took care of complex communications to the team and streamlined everything for us. Jack was available to walk through homes and give us a detailed video tour, which was also invaluable. You won't meet a kinder, knowledgable Reno local. Now that escrow has closed and we have moved in, we have absolutely no doubts that Jack led us to the perfect home. There are so many realtors to choose from - don't look any further.
