Jack Cote' did an amazing job helping us relocate from California to Reno, NV on a very short timeframe. We did not know the area well, and he helped us focus in on a few neighborhoods early in the process. Given that we were relocating from out of state, he scheduled a marathon day of house viewings to let us see all of our options in a single day. We ended up making an offer on a house we saw and having the offer accepted! We closed in under a month.Jack also brought with him a critical network of mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors to help us get the house in shape before moving in.
