He gave us plenty of packing supplies for our move out of state; he helped identify an issue with our sprinkler system; he offered to pay some of our credit for the buyer repairs; when our cleaner canceled at the last second, he found a cleaner and even paid for it. On top of all he did to help us sell our house, he also cared about us as people. As we were driving across the country, he made sure that we made it to our destination safely.
