Jack and Bonnie are incredibly knowledgeable, they are very kind as well as very serious about finding the correct fit for you when buying. We saw a property and ended up putting in an offer the next day, got approved and then proceeded with 30 day escrow. Being a first time buyer, I had a ton of questions and really just needed step by step. Jack was on call pretty much, with Bonnies' sweet voice in the background usually.
