We walked into an open house in Camarillo in May! Jack and Bonnie were showing a beautiful home in Sterling Hills. We were just lightly shopping to see what our money could buy in Ventura County. I fell in love with the house immediately. We had never been to Camarillo before but I could tell Bonnie and Jack were really knowledgeable about the area. They answered all our questions and had a fantastic Lender ( Kim from dignified home loans ) at the open house to speak with us. We weren’t sure we could swing it financially since our current home in San Mateo County wasn’t even listed yet. But Kim, was amazing! Really friendly and went to work to help us finance our beautiful new home!! Jack and Bonnie were amazing throughout the process! The were ALWAYS available! Honest, friendly and really knowledgeable!! They have helped us in every way imaginable not only purchase our new home but relocate to a different county we are unfamiliar with. Jack set up an informational email for us with all the links to the services we would need to set up to make the transition smoothly. It was SO helpful!! They were gracious and patient! Kind and generous too! I feel like I could call them anytime with any question! I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them for any Real Estate needs in the future!! Jack and Bonnie are a great team to help in the house buying & selling process. We used them for both buying and selling of our condo and they are the definition of honest realtors. They make the process extremely easy and are always there to help answer any questions along the way! We are moving out of state and buying a house (so they can’t be our realtors) but even 6 months after closing with them they are still helping us get thousands towards closing cost on our new home. We were supposed to get 12.5% (half of what Jack and Bonnie would receive) of the commission for the referral program but the new realtor offered us the full amount- we offered Jack and Bonnie the half they deserved and they denied because it would benefit us to take the full amount. They were genuinely on our side and helping us out. We can’t be more thankful for them and appreciate all they do to go above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!
