We met Jack and Bonnie through our Loan Officer Kim Lovetro, and in they came like a wonderful whirlwind! They have so much positive energy and a competitive spirit. We won all three of the offers we placed, and ultimately a competitive counter offer to win our dream home. Jack and Bonnie know exactly what to do and have solid relationships within the real estate community. We owe one of our greatest achievements of owning a home to their expertise and are forever grateful!

We had a unique situation during the sale of the house and Jack & Bonnie stand by you at every turn of the sale. We could reach out to them day or night. They are hardworking, very knowledgeable & experienced and will look out for you

Jack & Bonnie go above and beyond each time & I will continue doing business with them, they are very considerate towards your situation and will take time to listen and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Jack and Bonnie were a pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, they made the process so seamless and were always available to answer our questions and give us unbiased advised regarding the home, the neighborhood, choosing a lender, etc. They were always flexible to accommodate our busy schedules and easy to communicate with. Would recommend to friends and family.

We walked into an open house in Camarillo in May! Jack and Bonnie were showing a beautiful home in Sterling Hills. We were just lightly shopping to see what our money could buy in Ventura County. I fell in love with the house immediately. We had never been to Camarillo before but I could tell Bonnie and Jack were really knowledgeable about the area. They answered all our questions and had a fantastic Lender ( Kim from dignified home loans ) at the open house to speak with us. We weren’t sure we could swing it financially since our current home in San Mateo County wasn’t even listed yet. But Kim, was amazing! Really friendly and went to work to help us finance our beautiful new home!! Jack and Bonnie were amazing throughout the process! The were ALWAYS available! Honest, friendly and really knowledgeable!! They have helped us in every way imaginable not only purchase our new home but relocate to a different county we are unfamiliar with. Jack set up an informational email for us with all the links to the services we would need to set up to make the transition smoothly. It was SO helpful!! They were gracious and patient! Kind and generous too! I feel like I could call them anytime with any question! I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them for any Real Estate needs in the future!! Thanks Jack, Bonnie and Kim for helping us make our dream home a reality!!

Jack and Bonnie Stevenson are exceptional agents and deliver incredible efforts. They have managed sales and purchases for a few properties for us- from helping us find a lot to build while we were in Colorado, to transitioning to Camarillo CA and now to Friant CA. Their professionalism with financing, negotiations, considerations from Solar to water to neighbors is supreme. They’ve helped arrange house and carpet cleaning following our exit and ahead of us moving into our new space. They made sure we had water and food on our last move and left us beautiful housewarming gifts. We highly recommend them and wouldn’t consider any real estate transactions without them. They are premier service always. We love them dearly.

Jack and Bonnie were very easy to work with & very professional and were able to sell my home quickly above our initial list price. I highly recommend them and definitely will be working with them again for my future buying & selling needs.

Jack and Bonnie are a great team to help in the house buying & selling process. We used them for both buying and selling of our condo and they are the definition of honest realtors. They make the process extremely easy and are always there to help answer any questions along the way! We are moving out of state and buying a house (so they can’t be our realtors) but even 6 months after closing with them they are still helping us get thousands towards closing cost on our new home. We were supposed to get 12.5% (half of what Jack and Bonnie would receive) of the commission for the referral program but the new realtor offered us the full amount- we offered Jack and Bonnie the half they deserved and they denied because it would benefit us to take the full amount. They were genuinely on our side and helping us out. We can’t be more thankful for them and appreciate all they do to go above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Jack and Bonnie are great partners. Both are super knowledgeable and compliment each other with their skill sets. Jack has been our champion along the whole process. Bonnie comforts us when we lose a bid. This is our second property purchase with Jack and Bonnie and will continue to utilize them! We are lucky to have them as our trusted advisers. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. We love them both.

This was our 5th transaction with Jack and Bonnie. They are both exceptionally knowledgeable about the real estate market in all corners of Ventura County. Their professionalism and responsiveness is truly above and beyond. They will literally sit with you and walk you through every step of the process. They are great for the seasoned investor as well as the first time buyer. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I was dreading going through the process of selling our house and making sure we got everything right. However Bonnie and Jack led us through every step in a very professional way. Their knowledge of the real estate business is truly awesome. They managed all details. All my concerns disappeared. And the result was that they sold our house in record time for a very excellent price. I would have absolutely no problem recommending them to someone who wants to sell their home.

Jack and Bonnie were a pleasure to work with. They listened and understood our desires and idiosyncrasies . Both of them worked tirelesly to match our requests, finding many opportunities for us until the perfect house came along. They provided negotiating skills to afford us a great deal on the perfect home for us. Jack and Bonnie also provided us leads for quality, proven experienced contractors to perform upgrades to our new home. We could not have expected any more support from anyone else. Thank You Jack and Bonnie! Best Regards, Tim and Trang
