J Scott Norris

I found out from a friend about Scott and it was an incredibly fortunate recommendation to say the least. I can't think of anyone more effective, professional, and friendly, not just in real estate, but in any profession than Scott Norris. He was there 100% for me, day and night, when I needed him. He sold our condo in less than a week (3 Days?) after it was listed, and for a considerable sum more than I would have asked. He completely took care of everything that came up or I couldn't handle myself - which was quite a bit. I couldn't possibly say enough good things or recommend anyone more highly than Scott.

We had Scott find us our Florida home about 10 years ago. He made the search fun and educational, and we found the perfect place at a great price, with an easy closing. A decade later, we are ready for retirement community, and Scott once again was our go-to guy for the sale. He found our buyers before we even got it to market, at our asking price, and went way beyond the pale to assist us in all particulars; especially critical due to Covid and our being out of state for the entire process. By far the best of many realtors I've dealt with over the years.

Scott was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. His communication was amazing and he constantly made efforts to make sure our questions were answered and even gave us information we hadn't even thought of. Scott was very knowledgeable and knew the market like a pro. We listened to his marketing advice and had an all-cash offer at asking price within a week. We didn't have to make any improvements to the property, we closed within 30 days, and his on-line services enabled us to close without ever coming back to Florida. He returned all e-mails and phone calls promptly. We could not have asked for more from a real estate agent!
