We had first contacted JR two years before the actual sale but decided to hold off another year. This was not a problem for JR and he stated at that time that he would be pleased to represent us in the future. Once we decided to move forward, we contacted JR primarily because of his reputation but also because of his friendly manner. From the start, he conducted himself admirably, keeping us well informed and providing sound counsel. In particular, he was tremendous in managing the repair of a basement leak which occurred 10 days into the listing and was able to quickly get the house back on the market.
