Jomara asked one time what we were looking for and within two tours we found our dream home! She was so organized that not only what she organized with her own paperwork but she made sure I had everything I needed to organize my own. This was by far the easiest experience I have ever had with buying anything. I will say it was smoother than going to find a dish set for the house on my own! I found Jomara from the Trulia site. She called me when I inquired about a condo I wanted information about. I’m so glad she’s the one who called. She was wonderful from first phone call. She did FaceTime showings for me since I live out of town. She went to and provided a couple different addresses so I could get a good comparison. She provided all of the details for both properties. She worked with me to insure I was getting as much information to make an informed decision as possible. I put in an offer without having seen the property in person, but trusted her to tell me and represent my interests 100%. We came down to inspect the property and also to meet with Jomara, who again was wonderful in person as on the phone. She followed through all the way, provided all of the documentation, found me a great insurance company, found me the title agent, who were wonderful, she went above and beyond. I had spoken to three realtors before her and not one of them did what she offered to do and did do for me, for us. I love her! And I will definitely use her again next time I’m looking for property in the Sarasota Bradenton area. I did purchase in Bradenton and that was all that is to her. You won’t be disappointed.
