Evan listened to our extensive requests. He meticulously checked off each box with properties shown to us EVEN when we adjusted in the short time we had to look! Not a single feather was ruffled, he just went on as cool as he was from day one. Grateful for his knowledge in the market and his assistance with technology as we put in the offer in route to MA and all the paper work that followed also on line. Evan made it easy for us old timers! Our new home truly "feels like home" even as we are surrounded by boxes! Evan even went out of his way and took out the trash left behind by sellers! Also, Evan has a wealth of knowledge of home building and renovations. He walked us through options of what we could do with the Edgefield house to check off more of those boxes. As we were still packing up our former home in MA, Evan was understanding of the time crunch we were under to get into our new home. We closed in a week and we were able to move our possessions into the garage till fully closed, checks passed, and the WHOLE house was ours! He set us up with and met with the Building Inspector in our place as we were closing in MA. He even connected us with contractors to do some work on the house. We love our new home!! Thank you, Evan!
