My wife and I weren’t looking to buy a house right away when we met with Evan but we were interested in getting our feet in the door to see what was out there. Evan wasn’t rushing or pushing up to buy but he was keeping us updated on homes we may have been interested in as well as providing an abundance of knowledge for us as first time home owners. Once we got serious…we didn't feel pressured into a buy, the communication was there and he went to bat for us negotiating. Anyone who chooses to allow Evan to work for them will find he is extremely punctual and helpful. He really does bring into your world care, concern and one to take charge and calm any fears you might have. I found him to be very thorough and offer his insight when appropriate. When pressured by other agents I have found he will take the interest of you before the pressure. He is rare and will do real well for anyone. Evan listened to our extensive requests. He meticulously checked off each box with properties shown to us EVEN when we adjusted in the short time we had to look! Not a single feather was ruffled, he just went on as cool as he was from day one. Grateful for his knowledge in the market and his assistance with technology as we put in the offer in route to MA and all the paper work that followed also on line. Evan made it easy for us old timers! Our new home truly "feels like home" even as we are surrounded by boxes! Evan even went out of his way and took out the trash left behind by sellers! Also, Evan has a wealth of knowledge of home building and renovations. He walked us through options of what we could do with the Edgefield house to check off more of those boxes. As we were still packing up our former home in MA, Evan was understanding of the time crunch we were under to get into our new home. We closed in a week and we were able to move our possessions into the garage till fully closed, checks passed, and the WHOLE house was ours! He set us up with and met with the Building Inspector in our place as we were closing in MA. He even connected us with contractors to do some work on the house. We love our new home!!
