J. Evan helped the reviewer buy this property

Very knowledgeable, patient and family-oriented.

My wife and I weren’t looking to buy a house right away when we met with Evan but we were interested in getting our feet in the door to see what was out there. Evan wasn’t rushing or pushing up to buy but he was keeping us updated on homes we may have been interested in as well as providing an abundance of knowledge for us as first time home owners. Once we got serious…we didn't feel pressured into a buy, the communication was there and he went to bat for us negotiating. I’d recommend Evan to anyone who’s serious or just looking to see what’s out there in the market.
