She made the process for readying the house for sale easy, made thoughtful suggestions and helped with obtaining the required vendors for repairs, and personally added nice touches to increase both the curb appeal and make the house more homey to prospective buyers. She expertly priced the house resulting in a nice amount of showings in a short period resulting in the house was sold very quickly. In addition and most importantly, Ivy is a really nice person and we are fortunate to have met her.
