The property Ivie helped us sell was a challenge. We had to complete septic approvals and land-use authorizations with the county. Ivie worked closely with they county officials as well as the surveyors and even the septic system designers. She always responded to messages. Was available when I had questions. She went out of her way, time and again to facilitate the sale. After working together, my wife and I consider Ivie a friend. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home or piece of land. I've worked with Ivie in the past, and I knew she would be able to help me find what I was looking for, and in the specific area I requested. Worked with Ivie for about a month (probably less. I wanted a place north of where my main house is and we found one. Ivie pushed hard for me and it was three weeks for the day of offer to closing! I nicknamed my self "her resident pest because I called her so often :) I recommend Ivie hands down. At my age I will probably not buy another house but if I do I will definitely call Ivie.
