If your looking for land in the Gladwin/Clare areas then Ivie Baker is the relator you want. She knows land, knows the area, and is willing to take the time to walk all day with you if that's what you want to do. We walked acre after acre and she was pointing out all the different animal tracks, buck rubs, types of trees, and highlighting other interesting aspects of the land as we zigged and zagged throughout the various properties. In the end, she was just as knowledgeable and helpful determining our offer price and through the negotiations until we finally got the acreage we wanted for our family.
