Boasting over 15 years in the real estate profession and working on traditional, bank-owned and short sale transactions, Ivette uses her unique negotiating insights to tirelessly advocate for her clients. When working with buyers and sellers, Ivette is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. A resident of the Central Florida area for nearly 30 years, Ivette offers a seasoned knowledge and intimate understanding of what makes each distinct residential niche unique in Orange, Lake, Seminole, Osceola, Polk and surrounding counties.
